When you call or text DuctDudes, calls may be recorded and transcribed, and messages are logged, so we can follow up on your request, keep accurate job records and improve our service. Calls our crew can’t take right away are answered by our automated phone assistant. Call recordings are deleted after 90 days.
How we keep and protect your information
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide and support your requested service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
